Club Riva is a Kinetix Group brand. Kinetix Group ("we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
This policy applies to www.clubriva.com.au, Club Riva events, and our related communications and marketing.

3. How We Use Your Information
We may use your personal information to:
- Respond to enquiries and manage booth bookings
- Send event updates and, where you have agreed, marketing by email or SMS
- Improve our website and services
- Measure our website, audience and advertising performance
- Show you relevant advertising on other websites and apps
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
We do not sell personal information to third parties. If you give us the names of other guests, please let them know you have done so. If you do not provide the details marked as required on our booth form, we will not be able to process your enquiry.
4. Marketing Communications
We only send marketing by email or SMS where you have agreed to it, for example by ticking the marketing box on our booth form, or where the law otherwise allows it. Sending a booth enquiry does not by itself sign you up to marketing.
You may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe option in our messages or by contacting us.
5. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. These let third parties, including Google and Meta, collect or receive information from our website and elsewhere on the internet, and use it to provide measurement services and to target and deliver ads.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. It uses cookies to collect information such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location, device and browser details, and how you arrived at our site. Google processes this information for us and we see it as reports. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Meta Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It sends Meta information about your visit, such as pages viewed, when you send a booth enquiry, when you click through to buy tickets, your IP address, browser details and cookie identifiers. If you use Facebook or Instagram, Meta may connect this to your account. Where Meta's advanced matching is on, it may also receive a scrambled (hashed) version of contact details entered on our site. We use this to measure our ads, to show ads to people who have visited our site and to reach similar audiences. Meta's use of this information is covered by the Meta Privacy Policy.
Your choices. You can opt out of this collection and use for ad targeting in any of these ways:
- Change your Meta ad preferences
- Change your Google ad settings
- Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on
- Use the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, which may affect how the website works
6. Disclosure of Information
We may disclose personal information to:
- LA DI DA and our operational partners, to manage your booking or event
- Ticketing providers
- Website, hosting, email, security and form-protection providers, including Microsoft, Cloudflare and hCaptcha
- Marketing and analytics providers, including Google and Meta
- Regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law
Our website also loads fonts and a map from Google, which receives your IP address when they load.
7. Overseas Disclosure
Booth enquiries are stored on servers in Australia. Some of the providers above, including Google, Meta, Cloudflare and hCaptcha, process information overseas. This is most likely to be in the United States, and may also be in other countries where they or their service providers operate.
8. Storage & Security
We hold personal information electronically and take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. We delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Access & Correction
You may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.
10. Complaints
If you think we have mishandled your personal information, please email us with the details. We will look into it and aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
11. Photography & Content Use
Photographers and videographers may be working at our events. By attending, you acknowledge that you may be photographed or filmed. Images and recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes across digital and print platforms. If you would prefer not to appear in something we have published, contact us and we will consider your request.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page and will take effect when posted.
